Your fire protection system needs to be fully effective 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Anything less can put your business, and livelihood at risk.
At APL we understand that a professionally installed system is vital, and that maintaining that system, with minimum disruption to you and your business, is paramount.
Comprehensive Protection
We offer two levels of system maintenance to suit your needs - Standard and Comprehensive. Each offers different levels of inclusion for parts and labour as required through servicing. Both levels include access to our 24 hour emergency response service.
No matter what level of protection you choose, should you need us in an emergency, your call will always be answered by a person - not a machine - and we aim to reach you within 4 hours.
Customers can have access to their site history via a web portal and also view and accept quotations on-line, as well as view upcoming service schedules. Periodical reports can be submitted as part of your cost monitoring and budget requirements, which can be bespoke to your needs. Reports will also identify problems with specific systems causing unwanted alarms which we will work with you to cease future occurrences.
Efficiency and performance are the hallmarks of our service division. Through engineering and installation to final commissioning and maintenance, APL is geared to offer whatever support and assistance is required to ensure the smooth running of the project. And we have experience of all systems on the market - whether supplied by APL or any other 3rd party supplier.
